AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY / LIABILITY RELEASE / PRIZE ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT AND MANDATORY HOME INSPECTION ARE REQUIRED TO CLAIM THE PRIZE.

The "Summer Tile & Grout Makeover Giveaway" (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Freedom Cleaning Specialists Inc. dba SureClean Solutions, located at 476 Riverside Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32202 (the "Sponsor").

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of Florida who meet all of the following criteria at the time of entry:

• Are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Are the lawful owners of the residential property listed on their entry form.
• The residential property must be physically located within one of the following Florida ZIP codes: 32162, 32163, 32159, 34785, or 34484.
• Individuals who have received tile and grout restoration or color seal services from Sponsor within the twelve (12) months preceding the entry deadline are not eligible to win.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible to enter or win. Void outside the specified ZIP codes and where prohibited by law.

The Promotion begins on July 11, 2026, at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

To enter, visit https://landingpage.surecleansolutions.com/giveaway-page during the Promotion Period, fully complete the online entry application form (including answering all qualifying property and availability questions), and submit the form.

Limit: One (1) entry per residential property address. Multiple entries from the same property address or entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified.

On or about July 20, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) "Potential Winner" and a sequential list of "Alternates" from all eligible entries received.

Because the prize consists of custom on-site physical services, final confirmation of the winner is strictly contingent upon a mandatory, complimentary on-site physical property inspection by Sponsor to verify that the property meets the following Objective Physical Eligibility Criteria:

• The tile and grout floors or primary shower must be structurally sound.
• There must be no loose or broken tiles.
• There must be no structurally damaged or completely missing sections of grout (minor hairline cracking is acceptable).
• The existing grout must be sanded grout (unsanded grout is incompatible with the color-sealing process and is ineligible).

• The Potential Winner will be notified via phone and/or email within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing.
• The Potential Winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to schedule the mandatory eligibility inspection.
• The inspection must be completed within seven (7) business days of contact.
• Pass/Fail Result: If the Potential Winner’s property meets all Objective Physical Eligibility Criteria, they will be officially declared the Grand Prize Winner.
• Disqualification & Alternates: If the Potential Winner cannot be reached, fails to schedule the inspection, or if the inspection reveals the property does not meet the Objective Physical Eligibility Criteria, the Potential Winner will be disqualified, and Sponsor will repeat the verification process with Alternate #1, and so on, until an eligible property is verified.

• One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a $2,000 service credit valid toward tile and grout restoration services (specifically deep cleaning and color sealing of tile and grout floors and/or a primary shower) provided by SureClean Solutions.
• Maximum Value: The total maximum Fair Market Value (FMV) of the prize is $2,000.00.
• Scope Exceeding Credit: Prior to performing services, Sponsor will provide an honest, standard commercial quote for the area requested by the winner. If the market value of the requested scope of work exceeds $2,000, the winner will have the option to:
• Reduce the physical scope of work (square footage or areas serviced) to fit exactly at or below the $2,000 credit limit; OR
• Elect to have the full scope of work performed and personally pay Sponsor the retail cash difference.
• Unused Credit: If the verified scope of work is valued under $2,000, the balance will be forfeited. No cash substitution, assignment, or transfer of the prize is permitted.

Because the total value of the Grand Prize does not exceed $2,000, Sponsor is not required by federal law to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC. However, the winner is solely responsible for reporting the value of the prize and paying any applicable federal individual income taxes associated with the acceptance of the prize. There are no Florida state individual income tax reporting requirements.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Freedom Cleaning Specialists Inc. dba SureClean Solutions, and its respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize or participation in any prize-related activities (including the home inspection and physical cleaning services).

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph (including "before and after" photos of the serviced property), and residential village/city name for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Florida having jurisdiction.
